A massive statue for a massively powerful X-Men foe, the Magneto: Master of Magnetism Premium Format Figure is coming next year.

We’re kind of mixing media there with that sub-heading, but Magneto is Magneto after all. Well, he is unless he’s playing at being the hero, but we tend to forget those stints as fast as they appear, since we’ve always been of the mind that Magnus is a better villain.
Apparently Sideshow Toys feels the same way, as the company’s latest Premium Format Figure reveal shows off. Massive and clocking in at over two feet tall, the Magneto: Master of Magnetism Premium Format Figure is being crafted to reflect the villain’s appearance on the cover of the all-time great itself, 1991’s X-Men #1.
The statue will be coming to fans in two varieties, with a Collector version (essentially the base edition) and an Exclusive edition. The difference being that the latter will feature a swap-out helmet-less head, showing off Eric’s silver locks, and a different facial expression.

Inspired by the character’s appearance on the iconic cover of X-Men #1 (1991), this fully sculpted piece presents Erik Magnus Lehnsherr at his most unstoppable.
Measuring an imposing 25.5 inches tall, the leader of Brotherhood of Evil Mutants is shown in his classic red and purple suit with metallic accents along with his psionic energy-blocking helmet. Magneto’s cape billows inside an invisible electromagnetic force field as he levitates above the metal which he commands. Even the unyielding industrial base bends to the super villain’s might and furious will.
An Exclusive Edition includes an alternate swap-out portrait without the helmet, showing Erik’s styled grey hair and determined expression.

Sideshow’s Magneto: Master of Magnetism Premium Format Figure is still a ways off, and is not scheduled to arrive until some time between January and April of 2025.
