Trailer: Check out the gorgeous, open-world combat of aRPG Atlas Fallen

Wield the divine Gauntlet against a wicked god out to drain the world of life in Atlas Fallen. The latest trailer gives a peel at some in-game action.

Atlas hasn’t fallen yet

In a devastated, sand-covered world, you’ll seize the divine power of a mysterious Gauntlet and wield heroic abilities to defeat a tyrannical, almighty god. Tame the sands to shape them into three powerful weapons and move through the air with incredible speed and agility. Pick an unstoppable duo of weapons with which to go into battle, and use the deadliest combos in a seamless flow between them. Watch your weapons grow larger as you build Momentum to unleash the full, irrepressible power of the Gauntlet.

Focus Entertainment press release

Atlas Fallen’s primary weapon is that Gauntlet, granting great power to players, who much battle against the game’s army of evil Wraiths. It’s a fully customizable piece of hardware though, as the title’s 151 collectible “Essence Stones” will give control over elements like “shields, debuffs and healing”. Even with the help though, players will have to mix up their fighting if they want to have a chance against the Wraiths… or just invite a pal.

Atlas Fallen will also support a full co-op mode, allowing 2 players to tackle the campaign all the way through together. And it sounds like there might be more than a couple of tag-team abilities too, expanding play for those who buddy-up.

Atlas Fallen is up for pre-order now, and is scheduled to arrive for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on August 10th, 2023.
