SDCC 23: Marvel announces a heavy both schedule, with signings, showcases, and exclusives

There is going to be a lot happening at Marvel Comics’ SDCC booth this week. No joke on that one, so it’s time to bust out those schedules.

Packing ’em in

If you’ve been to a Comic Con (really any Comic Con) where Marvel Comics has been in attendance, then there’s something that you’ll no doubt recognize as a constant. Namely, that the publisher’s booth is always absolutely gigantic. But more than just the physical footprint, it’s also usually pretty devoid of… stuff.

Marvel keeps the glass cases and tables of merch to a minimum at these kinds of events. And the reason for that, is that there are usually loads of fans milling about and/or watching stage presentations. This Comic Con doesn’t seem to be much different, with Marvel inhabiting booth #2329. And from the pre-show listings, the room is going to be needed.

There’s an absolutely massive selection of things happening at the Marvel Comics booth this week, including pretty much anything you can think of. Want to see what the X-Men ’97 toys look like? Yep, you will. Want to show off your cosplay of your favorite Avenger? That too. How about grabbing an autograph from legends like Rob Liefeld and J. Michael Straczynski? You know the answer.

Before we get into all of the scheduled happenings though, there are also going to be some exclusives. Those will include pins, tees, and a bunch of other collectibles, which you’ll find at the Marvel Shop, which will be booth #2519.
