Get a detailed look at Hot Toys’ new Scarlet Witch, straight from Wandavision

The show might’ve ended a while ago, but the Scarlet Witch is still one of the biggest characters in the MCU. And now she’s got a fresh Hot Toys figure.

Good, bad, she’s the gal with the magic

Much like the comic book version of the character, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Scarlet Witch is pretty complicated. In the comics she’s had a myriad of ups and downs over the decades, which is something that was simplified for the film universe.

Wanda Maximoff’s struggles were distilled in the MCU, down to losing Vision at the hands of Thanos. It was an event that sent the hero down a dark path, as she tried to reclaim her former life. And that is the version of Scarlet Witch that Hot Toys is bringing to collectors next, ripped straight from the Wandavision TV show on Disney Plus.

With the figure just about here too, Sideshow Toys has prepared a little unboxing for fans to check out. Hit ‘play’ below to get a detailed look at Hot Toys’ latest Scarlet Witch.

Inspired by the hit show WandaVisionThe Scarlet Witch 1/6 Scale Figure by Hot Toys features a new, hand-painted headsculpt with a detailed likeness of Elizabeth Olsen in the role plus her signature headdress and long, sculpted hair. To emulate Scarlet Witch using her abilities, this figure has a special reflective effect on her eyes, red translucent fingertips, and an LED light-up function on her forearms. Her exquisitely detailed outfit includes a red, patterned cape with a hood, and embedded wire to allow for dramatic poses. Accessories include the Darkhold book and power-using effects.

Sideshow Toys press release

The Scarlet Witch is set to ship before this June, and is priced in at $275 USD at Sideshow. She’s still up for pre-order as well, if you’d like to secure one for yourself.
