Power Rangers Minimates, new Invincible figures and more hit stores from DST this week

Even in a slim week, Diamond Select’s latest includes exactly what you’d expect. And by that we mean big names and a wide-arc of form-factors.

Go, go

No, it’s not all that chunky of a week for new releases from DST. But be that as it may, there are still some absolute gems for you to check out, and maybe even add to that display shelf.

Right at the top of that list is a double-headed terror of Invincible’s 3rd wave of figures and a new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers pack of Minimates. It’s probably safe to say that both of those lines have hit the target pretty well for fans, so if you’re among them, you’re going to want to check these out. With the MMPR license being as red-hot as it is right now, this new box set could sell out fast.

Aside from those, there’s an unexpected release this week too in the form of an all-new Pacific Rim figure. That’d be Gypsy Danger, who’s appearing as a fresh sculpt, so this is no re-release. If you’re all in on that long-running line, it might be worth a buy.

Finally, and rounding things out, is a diorama of none other than Marvel’s Kraven the Hunter. Sergei is a bit of a ‘character of the moment’ lately, with the announcement that the new Sony movie will be rated R. And DST’s dio here is admittedly pretty darn slick. I imagine it’d look great standing in front of a copy of Last Hunt.
