Blood Bowl III will have a series of 12 teams, including a mix of both returning squads and totally new teams. Among the latter will be the likes of Imperial Nobility, Old World Alliance, Chaos Renegades, and the Black Orcs, with more to come post-launch.
The new additions come along with some major revamps to gameplay from BB2, including a redesigned passing system and dynamic pitches. Both of those elements should shake things up nicely, as passing now has its own “characteristic”, and the dynamic pitches will allow for variables like “unbearable heat and insect swarms”.
Look for Blood Bowl III to land for Xbox and PlayStation platforms, as well as the PC this month, on February 23rd.
