Dark Horse heading back to the Borderlands for new guide to the world of Pandora

Gearbox’ Borderlands is back, and Dark Horse is set to deliver a little extra Pandora-powered action with The Worlds of Borderlands.

Not that Pandora

Sure Pandora is the planet in that other sci-fi epic that’s about to become a saga, but don’t forget about the video game world of the same name. Gearbox’ world of insane action, looting, and Vault Hunters might just be about to make a massive return as well.

That’s coming in the form of a new game of course, but there’ll be some merchandise to go along with it. And today, news of that comes in the form of Dark Horse Comics’ latest “encyclopedia and de facto guide.”

The Worlds of Borderlands features art and trivia related to the guns, vehicles, ships, companies, and adventurers of the world-spanning Borderlands universe. Developed by Gearbox Software, the Borderlands game series is rated “M for Mature” by the ESRB. Titles in the series are available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation® consoles, and on PC through the Steam and EPIC games stores. Dark Horse Comics press release

From Rick Barba, the new book is set to be a hardcover presentation, delivered in full-color, and will dig into much more than just Pandora. Though the main world of the games will no doubt play a big part, the book will also get into the surrounding worlds, and showcase what it’s like to live there. So if you love the Borderlands universe, this ones for you.

Priced in at $29.99 USD, The Worlds of Borderlands is set to launch on March 15th, 2023. Pre-orders are open right now, and you can snag on via  AmazonBarnes & Noble, or your local comic shop or bookstore.
