Saturday is Black Friday preview day at GameStop

Excited to grab some gaming deals on Black Friday? Then you might want to check out GameStop this Saturday.

Pre-Black Friday Saturday

In a world where shops open up on Thanksgiving Day for Christmas sales, a little pre-Black Friday shopping seems logical. Not that it’s that strange to be talking about the shopping event on the 10th of November though. I’m sure there’ll be a point some time soon where we’re doing this on Halloween. So, you know.

In any event, GameStop is getting a jump on things with their Pre-Black Friday Deals selection… if you’re a Power-Up Pro member. Subscribers to the paid version of the chain’s rewards program (Pro) will be able to get in on a spread of deals, some of which look pretty nice.

In all, you’ll be able to find a total of $1000 USD off of games and accessories come this Saturday. And you don’t have to be a pre-existing member either. GameStop says you can sign up (or renew) and take advantage of the discounts asap.

Here’s what to expect:

  • doommarineOverwatch: Origins Edition for $39.99 (Originally priced at $59.99)
  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for $29.99 (Originally $59.99)
  • DOOM for $19.99 (Originally $39.99)
  • Fallout 4 for $19.99 (Originally $39.99)
  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition for $29.99 (Originally $49.99)
  • Far Cry: Primal for $29.99 (Originally $49.99)
  • Gears of War 4 for $49.99 (Originally $59.99)
  • Turtle Beach Stealth 400 headset for $59.99 (Originally $79.99)
  • LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack for $39.99 (Originally $89.99)
  • Save $20 when purchasing PlayStation VR value bundle and Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4)
  • Buy three, get one free on all Funko POP! Figures

Picks? Doom and Fallout 4 for twenty bones each seem like solid deals. Witcher 3 for thirty is decent too, as is the Funko B3G1. Normally I’d say that buying three of something to get one isn’t all that great, but these are Pop!s. You know you were probably going to buy a bunch anyway.

I’d try and get there early if you’re targeting those lil’ figures too. Being Saturday (the 12th), you know they’re probably gonna sell out fast.
