Activision announces Call of Duty: Black Ops 3

Black Ops III will be the next title in the Call of Duty franchise, taking gamers back into the shadowy world of behind the scenes warfare.

Yes, that’s just a tease, but it’s pretty exciting to see the franchise returning to what’s one of the best-scripted and most in-depth ‘worlds’ that the CoD series has offered. I loved the original Black Ops, though I have to admit that the sequel hit during a time when I was pretty much CoD-ed out and I never played. This kind of makes me want to go grab a copy though and catch up.

We’ll find out more info on 4/26, which isn’t too far off at this point, but what do you think after watching the teaser? Are you ready for more Black Ops, or would you have rather have had a brand new story and group of characters for the 2015 edition of Call of Duty?
