So… not for the faint of heart then.
The Evil Within, from Bethesda and Shinji Mikami’s Tango Gameworks, is just about the most horror-drenched title I think I’ve ever seen. I’m a huge Resident Evil fan too, but this kind of makes RE look like a Saturday morning cartoon (not that they have those anymore), or at the very least, a Schwarzenegger movie.
If you’re looking for scares of just about every variety, I think you may have found it. The Evil Within hits the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on October 14th.
