Coming up: The games of December 2020

What’s traditionally a quiet month is decidedly less sedate here in 2020. There’s a new Medal of Honor, Immortals, and something else I just can’t remember…

Oh, hi Cyberpunk

Yeah folks, it’s finally here. Almost. CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 is probably the most hotly anticipated game in lord knows how long. Of course, there’s good reason for that.

The publisher/developer has an impeccable name on the gaming landscape, with the hugely popular Witcher series under its belt. Not only did those games get better and better with every installment, but The Witcher 3 is still considered a pinnacle of the role-playing genre.

So to see CD Projekt Red take on the futuristic tabletop RPG Cyberpunk? Yeah that’s quite frankly an awesome thing. Whether or not the game will live up to the stunning hype is yet to be determined, but it’s looking incredible so far. So fingers crossed.

But say amazing-looking RPGs aren’t your thing. Say you’ve got a hankering for something else. Well, good thing there’s actually a nice spread of stuff arriving this month other than Cyberpunk.

  1. Hey Jason,

I really enjoyed your blog about upcoming games in December. Hopefully cyberpunk comes out soon .

My partner and I are building a streaming platform for gamers (like Twitch) with real time betting. We are building our website right now and are setting up our landing page so people can register for early access. I wanted to see if this is something you might be interested in writing a blog about? I’d love to share more with you and discuss how this will impact the gaming world, specifically streaming.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Best,

    Chad Davis
