Crash Team Racing’s launch trailer hits the starting line

The reboot of Crash Bandicoot’s kart racing adventures is almost here. Check out the launch trailer for Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.

Colorful, fast, and definitely looking like a fun time, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is finally just about here. Activision’s newest continues the resurgence for the cartoony hero, who hadn’t been seen in any meaningful way in years. He’s certainly back now though, after getting a grand re-introduction with the N.Sane Trilogy.

The second title in the modern era, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled relaunches another Crash classic from the PSOne generation. This time of course, it’s with a fresh tilt. That includes an adventure mode and online multiplayer.

According to Activision, the game will also sport a brand new element in the form of customization. Options include changing up not only your kart, but also your driver. So you can give Crash a little more personality if you like.

Taken all together, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is looking like it might be a kart racer to beat. The game enters a surprisingly loaded genre as of late, but it’s still looking sharp.

Crash is racing to launch at top speed too, with a June 21st release date. Expect to see Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled rev up its engine for the Xbox One, PS4, and Switch.
