This is a bit of a stunner, especially for those with good memories of the store. Nevertheless, and even though it seems impossible, several news outlets are reporting that toy retailing giant Toys R Us could be completely gone as early as next week.

Already one of the best places to go online for high end collectibles, Sideshow Toys just got even bigger. The company will now be selling pieces from DC Comics’ collectibles wing.

Todd McFarlane’s toy company is still rocking some pretty big licenses. This year they expend their video game offerings even further with Borderlands and a bobby from We Happy Few.

Ripping a big hole in the DC universe, Doomsday Clock has been raging for a few months now. And while the books have been terrific, you actually might like DC Collectibles’ figures even more.
