Who wouldn’t want to have a little polar bear cub to pal around with? Maybe Crash, the way he gets thrown around.
Polar gameplay
Once again, there’s not much to say about this latest look at Crash Bandicoot’s revival. All three of the games are straight up revamps of the first three classic PSOne adventures after all. So, if you’ve played those, then you know what to expect from these. Not that the ‘remake’ tag should dissuade anyone from taking a look, since these games look pretty fantastic.
It’s that classic Crash gameplay, melded in with some very nice looking new graphics. And really, what’s wrong with that? The answer is nothing, if you’re wondering… just keep in mind that’s coming from a Crash nut. I loved the games in this collection to death, so yes, I’ll be picking up a copy of this one.
Also released this week, as you can see above, is the official key art of the collection. It’s a nifty little mashup of all the games in the set, and a pretty slick wallpaper too, if you’re so inclined. And of course, it’s what will be adorning the packaging when the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy hits the PS4 on June 30th.
