Wearing ’em makes me feel good
Ghostbusters continues its resurgence, this time with a new lineup of sneakers, from the purveyors of pop culture, FUN.com. The company stocks some of just about everything, from costumes, to clothing, to collectibles, and yes, even shoes.
While footwear is nothing new from them, Ghostbusters shoes definitely are. Those have just launched from FUN.com, with a trio of offerings that cover the major elements of the original Ghostbusters film. That’s to mean the standard uniforms, Slimer, and of course the Stay-Puft Marshmallow man.
Options even a Shandor would appreciate
First up, the hi-top Ghostbusters Slime and Logo Adult Shoes are made of polyester canvas, and come complete with four interchangeable name tags. And yes, that means that you can deck ’em out with the name of whichever original ‘Buster is your favorite, or even mix and match. These sneakers manage to standout big time too, thanks to the copious amounts of slime-green color that highlights the front, and the side Ghostbusters logo.
If you want something even more spectral though, FUN.com has you covered. The faux-leather Ghostbusters Slimer Adult Shoes are bright green in color, with an animated-looking Slimer on the heels. They also come with a four pack of charms, and two that have chains attached. All of ’em look like food, which is of course pretty fitting given the spud in question.
Finally, there’s the destructor himself, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. The Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Shoes for Adults are cast in faux-leather, and feature the “Stay Puft” name at the back, with a double-tongue construction that has the Stay Puft face as well as his shirt and tie right on the front.
The Ghostbusters Slime and Logo Adult Shoes and Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Shoes for Adults are both priced in at $49.99 USD each, while the Ghostbusters Slimer Adult Shoes are tagged at $59.99 USD. All three pairs are up right now at FUN.com (naturally), though the Ghostbusters Slime and Logo Adult Shoes appear to be pre-order able only, with an expected February stocking.
