Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios’ brand new zombie epic is finally here. Time to paint Hell-A red, and mop up the undead in Dead Island 2.

With the once prosperous city of LA quarantined thanks to the deadly zombie virus, it’s down to the somehow immune slayer to embark on an epic, gore-filled journey, meet a colorful cast of characters, and explore well-known locations such as Beverly Hills, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica to uncover the truth behind the outbreak and the horrifying transformation they’ve undergone following a bite from a zombie.

Along with the entirely new story and setting, Dead Island 2 also includes Dambuster’s F.L.E.S.H. system. That stands for Fully Locational Evisceration System for Humanoids of course, and should make zombie-disassembly just that much more gory. And satisfying.
Featuring “dozens of distinct zombie types, each with their own mutations, attacks, and LA-themed variations”, Dead Island 2 is out right now for the PC, as well as Xbox and PlayStation consoles.
