WWE 2K23’s post-launch to include 24 modern superstars and Legends

There’s a hefty dose of post-launch DLC on tap for WWE 2K23, with stars like the Steiner Bros, Harley Race, Zeus, and 20 more all coming up.

Packed with an overwhelming amount of more modern talent, the WWE 2K23 post-launch DLC plan is nonetheless set to offer fans quite a few extra wrestlers. The roadmap begins about a month after launch, with a pack stocked with the legendary Steiner Bros, as well as Top Dolla, Asante Adonis, and a manager with B-Fab.

Yes, that’s much more tilted towards the modern era than the Golden age. And again, that’s something that you’ll have to get used to if you’re going to buy into this deal, as it’s pretty much the same throughout.

Though there are some other Superstars that have since hung up the boots, the only other characters I’d consider “Legends” would be Zeus and Harley Race.

Here’s how the packs shake out:

Steiner Row Pack

Release Date: April 19

  • Scott Steiner;
  • Rick Steiner;
  • Top Dolla;
  • Ashante Adonis;
  • B-Fab – Manager only. Not a playable Superstar.

Pretty Sweet Pack

Release Date: May 17

  • Karl Anderson;
  • Luke Gallows;
  • Tiffany Stratton;
  • Elton Prince;
  • Kit Wilson.

Race to NXT Pack

Release Date: June 14

  • Harley Race;
  • Ivy Nile;
  • Wendy Choo;
  • Tony D’Angelo;
  • Trick Williams.

Revel with Wyatt Pack

Release Date: July 19

  • Bray Wyatt;
  • Zeus;
  • Valhalla;
  • Joe Gacy;
  • Blair Davenport.

Bad News U Pack

Release Date: August 16

  • Eve Torres;
  • Wade Barrett;
  • Damon Kemp;
  • Andre Chase;
  • Nathan Frazer.

Now, aside from the above, the Season Pass does include quite a bot more. Included with the purchase will be the “MyRISE Mega-Boost, which includes an additional 200 Attribute Points, and Supercharger, which unlocks all base game WWE Legends and throwback arenas”. That honestly might be worth it more than the actual packs, since you can unlock everybody, and those arenas right from day one. Not too shabby when you consider that.

WWE 2K23 lands on Xbox and PlayStation platforms, as well as the PC later this month.
