Go deep on Evil West, with over 10 minutes of gameplay

Hot on the heels of the brief look the other day, Focus Entertainment has released a much deeper look at this fall’s action/horror title Evil West.

Evil, but looking good

We just showed you a bit of the action that you’ll find this fall in Evil West, but this latest look at the game in action is just that much better. From Focus Entertainment and Flying Wild Hog, the third-person action title is looking like it might be a gem.

The new footage shows main character Jesse Rentier in action, engaging in a little exploration and combat. You can also get a look at the game’s character management, and of course check out the overall look of it.

As these horror games go, it’s looking pretty unique. Personally, I can’t think of any other game that melds third-person action with horror themes and a western motif.

Explore a wide variety of locations, from desert towns to infested demonic forests, gather resources from abandoned crates and corpses before going on your hunt for obnoxious monsters and get firing in a stylish explosion of blood and dismemberment!

Evil West’s exhilarating gameplay comes with a narrative-driven campaign, rooted in a one-of-a-kind, supernatural Wild West lore. Delve further into monster-infested locations, facing hulking abominations, screeching monstrosities and ancient vampires as your mission to destroy the ultimate evil leads you far into the darkness to take on spectacular boss fights.

Evil West is set to arrive on Xbox and PlayStation platforms, as well as the PC this September 20th.
