I have to admit, I’m loving the looks of this game. It’s not my usual cup of tea for sure, but Hot Wheels Unleashed looks like exactly what its tag line claims – fun. Take the latest trailer for instance.

The new look at the game’s action reveals lengthy courses running all through (and above) a college campus. That includes a library, classroom, and chem lab. But these three areas are not exclusive, as they can be combined by a central hallway, via custom courses.

Though that’s not all that’s cool about this newest look, as there’s a further taste of the car catalog that’ll be included with the full title. In all, fans can expect over 60 rides, with names that they’ll no doubt be familiar with.

Reminiscent of a typical American university, the College Campus features a complex environment that has three main areas: the library, the classroom, and the chemistry lab. Players are able to build courses that twist and turn from room to room using the main hallway as a connector. Though the more daring students may notice that the school’s ventilations system achieves the same purpose…

Milestone

From Milestone and Mattel, Hot Wheels Unleashed is set to start racing on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC this September the 30th.
