SDCC 19: Dark Horse talks new projects

From the return of The Mask to a celebration of the art of Doom Eternal, Dark Horse Comics is planning a busy 2019/early 2020.

Fresh

It was all about what’s new and upcoming at last week’s SDCC for Dark Horse. That’s quite a bit of that too, with some older properties getting revisitations for sequels, and brand new stuff.

One of the biggest pieces of news was about the return of The Mask. A red-hot property in the 90s, The Mask had all but vanished from the landscape until this weekend. The character returns this October.

Dark Horse also continued its incredibly popular lineup of art books with titles based on both Doom Eternal and Cyberpunk 2077. Both are set to see release in 2020.

On top of those, there was also new Hellboy, an Umbrella Academy story, more Black Hammer, The Little Mermaid, and more. Scroll down for the highlights of what’s on the way.
