Black Ops 4’s zombies mode looks to be the most intense adventure yet. Blood, gore, the living dead, and the hounds of hell await.
The dead walk
Woo! I’m definitely not the target audience for this one, but even I have to admit I’d like to play. The graphics look terrific, and the settings for Treyarch’s latest zombie spinoff are flat-out stunning.
Of course, this new zombies mode also stars most of what has made the staple Call of Duty “extra” popular in the first place. I’m referring to the top quality voice cast, and also the incredible imagination that goes into these things. I can’t see how a standalone “zombies” game wouldn’t make tons of cash at this point.
Looking past the undead though, the rest of Black Ops 4 is pretty impressive too. Well, it is if you’re a multiplayer fan. Don’t forget that it will have no campaign of any kind.
Nevertheless, Black Ops 4 seems like a summation of everything that’s come before. Fast run and gun action, lots of weapons, and maps, maps, maps. If you are a fan, I feel like it’s pretty safe to say that you would probably dig it.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 arrives (zombies and all) on consoles and the PC this Friday.
