Check out the absolutely stunning first look at Black Ops 4 in 4K on PC

If you like your military shooters pretty, then you’re going to like Activision’s newest peek at Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.

Black Ops 4K

I’m not that big of a CoD fan, and I don’t like “multiplayer only” stuff at all. But even I have to admit that is flat-out gorgeous. If you’re wondering, and you somehow missed it in the trailer, that is indeed running in 4K. Call of Duty’s latest will have 4K capability on the PC, and an uncapped framerate as well.

Of course, that video also was chock full of moves and skill that I imagine very few players actually do. But I digress. Activision is prepping a fresh round of Black Ops 4 betas as we speak, which you can read about here. But if you’re looking for the PC one only, that’s set to kick off on September the 15th.

That’s the open beta date anyway. The closed version, which you have access to if you pre-ordered Black Ops 4, lands a day earlier. If you haven’t done that yet, you of course still can, as there’s no cut off date for the pre-order/beta early access program.

Feel free to check out CallofDuty.com for more about the betas, or the game in general. It’s scheduled to arrive for the PC, the Xbox One, and the PS4 on October 12th.
