Just in time for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, comes a set of Funko Pop!s based on the original. Dinos, a jeep, and one goopy two-pack are all ready for pre-ordering at Entertainment Earth.
Welcome… to Jurassic Park
The original Jurassic Park is one of those film icons. Sure there are parts of it that seem not-so-great by today’s standards, but the movie has held up pretty well. Part of that is due to the book it’s based on – a real classic from Michael Crichton.
And the rest of what makes it memorable? Well, it’s probably because the dinosaurs looked freaking awesome and the action was (overall) freaking great. So, with all that, you kind of knew that there’d have to be a Funko Pop! series eventually. And… here we are.
The set is a doozy, with 7 general releases all together, and a few exclusives to boot. One of those is only set to be found at Entertainment Earth, and contains the makings of a classic scene.
Watered down just a tad for the film, EE’s exclusive is a 2 pack that stars Wayne Knight’s nerdy Nedry and a Dilophosaurus with frills extended. As you can see too, poor Nedry’s face is coated with the Dilo’s paralytic spray, which means he’s about to become lunch.
All of the above are set to be available this coming March, with the exclusive pack right there along with the standard issue figures. You can get ’em all right here.
