PS Plus: Free Games Lineup for October 2017

October’s PS Plus lineup is here, and it’s games seem to be getting better and better. Feature AAA titles such as Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain and the Amnesia: Collection on PS4.

The Big AAA

Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain is the first up on this list picking up nine years after the events of MGSV: Ground Zeroes and the fall of Mother Base. With a breathtaking open world, walking boxes, and a cute dog it’s no wonder this franchise last so long.

Next up on PS4, the Amnesia: Collection will fulfill all your Holloween tricks and treats this October. The collection features both Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Amnesia is a First Person (FP) survival horror game created by Frictional Games in an attempted to scare the heck out of everyone far and near (well, maybe I made up that last part, but it is true).

In Amnesia: The Dark Descent Play as Daniel and explore a dark and foreboding castle while trying to maintain his sanity by avoiding monsters and other terrifying obstructions that may block his path. While then jumping to Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs an indirect sequel to Dark Descent, but still set in the same world.

Who Doesn’t Like Monster Trucks?!

Moving on to PS3, we are getting Monster Jam Battlegrounds, enjoy using your favorite monster trucks in a Stadium performing the jumps, tricks, and smashes that monster trucks are known for and play side-scrolling physics-based levels similar to Ubisoft’s Trails games.

Also, get Hustle Kings for free on PS3, an advanced pool video game developed by VooFoo Studios. Go up the ranks in your pool game online, with your friends, or kick back with some AI combatants.

On PSvita, we are getting Hue. In this award-winning puzzle adventure go on a journey to find your missing mother by altering the world by changing its background color while exploring a dangerous grey land, unearthing painted fragments as you move along.

Lastly, Sky Force Anniversary, play the new and improved classic Sky Force with updated graphics, new gameplay mechanics, and even more destruction. Knock planes out of the air as you gather powers, starts, and for the all-time high score.

That’s it for this month’s PS Plus games. Where finally getting the games we want and it is going to be a scary one this October.

Enjoy and play on!
