Punisher comes to Mezco’s One:12 Collective

One of the most talked about Marvell characters these days has to be The Punisher. Frank had a guest-starring role on this season of Netflix’ Daredevil, is about to get his very own show, and has officially joined Mezco Toyz’ phenomenal One:12 Collective.

Mezco One 12 The Punisher-2

I’ve been a fan of Punisher since the 80’s, so I’m pleases as punch to see him finally getting his due in a live-action production. After all, the vigilante has suffered through three pretty bad to so-so movies. And now that he’s a part of the One:12 line, we finally have an incredible representation of him in three-dimensions.

With the line-standard 1/12th scale, The Punisher will fit right in with the rest of the Marvel and DC One:12 figures on your shelf, and he’s cast in an all black costume with a massive armored death’s head on the front. It kind of looks like the suit that he wears now in the comics, mixed with a bit of the aesthetic from the classic version… just don’t expect him to have white boots and gloves.

With over 32 points of articulation, here’s what’s in the box with old Frank:

  • Standard head
  • Alternate head 1
  • Alternate head2
  • Fists (L&R)
  • Holding hands (L&R)
  • Grappling hands (L&R)
  • Posing hand (L)
  • Karate strike hand (R)
  • Armored skull load bearing vest with belt and knife sheath
  • Combat knife
  • 9mm automatic pistol with extra clip
  • Machine gun with extra clip
  • Grenade launcher with six grenades
  • Submachine gun with extra clip
  • Display base with posing post

The Punisher will be shipping in a five-panel window box, which will be nice and collector-friendly. You can expect to add him to your collection this November/December.
