DST brings new Marvel and The Walking Dead Minimates to market

A whole mess of new ‘mates saw release this week along with a pair of hellacious bottle openers.

Two of Diamond Select Toys’ best selling Minimate lines saw refreshes this week with new Marvel and The Walking Dead sets.

For the Marvel Comics sets, DST is continuing the Minimatizing of the Marvel NOW! initiative from the publisher. Nick Fury Jr., Shanna the She-Devil, the newest Nova and a more Superior looking Spider-Man headline the two-packs that you’ll find in comic and specialty stores right now.

One the zombie front, Diamond has a bunch of really cool, major characters on hand including the Governor and Michonne. And of course, you didn’t think they forgot to include a few walkers now did you?

Also this week, the fan favorite Clone Commander Appo from The Clone Wars era of Star Wars saw release as a bank that would make for a seriously awesome bust as well and bottle openers never looked as hell-borne as the Ghost Rider and one-eyed Walker selections that the company just put out.

  • Walking Dead Minimates Series 4 Asst. – Here comes the Gov! The toy line based on long-running comic series The Walking Dead is proud to introduce the series’ most famous villain, the Governor, along with two of his henchmen!
