Assassin’s Creed IV multiplayer boards new trailer

‘A symphony of kills’ is the term that came to mind when watching the new trailer released by Ubisoft that shows off the multiplayer of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Well, that and the fact that pirates are sharp dressers.

There aren’t a ton of details on the actual action that you saw play out in that trailer, at least not yet. Ubisoft has put the emphasis squarely on the single-player campaign for Black Flag up till now, though the multiplayer does look wild… especially those outfits.

It’s also interesting to note that some of the ‘assassins’ in that video really don’t look much like ‘Assassins’ from the guild that the series gets its name from. I wonder if you can design (or select) a character for multiplayer who’s not necessarily in the guild per say, but a scurvy sea-dog all his/her own?

It won’t be too long till we find out as Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag sets sail for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Wii U on October 29th with Xbox One and PS4 editions arriving in November.
