Mezco details One:12 Collection Kirk

Yet another addition to the excellent One:12 Collection from Mezco Toyz, Star Trek’s Captain Kirk joins the series.

If you read BG often, then you already know we’re fans of the One:12 line. With cloth outfits that actually look good, terrific articulation and sculpts, and lots of accessories, the series of toys is one that’s made an impact in not a whole lot of time. And now it’s growing by leaps and bounds.

Shown off first at NYCC last October and then blown up at Toy Fair last month, the One:12 is adding licenses like nobody’s business. Offerings from DC and Marvel Comics, Universal Monsters, Judge Dredd, and now Star Trek are all going to hitting retail soon. And here we have a detailed look at what’s probably going to be one of the most sought-after toys in the line- Captain James Tiberius Kirk from the original Star Trek series.

The second captain of the USS Enterprise, Starfleet’s flagship, Kirk stands in with over 28 points of articulation, extra parts, and accessories.

Here’s what’s in the box:

About Jason

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
