Get acquainted with future-tech in the latest Call of Duty trailer

Advanced Warfare isn’t just the title of the next Call of Duty from Activision and Sledgehammer Games, it’s also a description of what you’ll be engaging in.

Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey (the two dudes you saw do all the talking in that trailer) are the founders of Sledgehammer Games, and both of them look like they’re pretty pleased with how Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is shaping up. I can’t say I blame them either, as AW is looking like the most ‘different’ CoD ever and one that’ll definitely stand out in the franchise’s history.

It’s also pretty nifty how all these high-tech items that you see in the game are based in reality and on technologies that already exist in one form or another. So far, sci-fi looks pretty good on Cal of Duty. We’ll see what the final product looks like when that game launches on the Xbox One/360, PS4/3, and PC on November 4th.

About Jason Micciche

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
