“A cyberpunk slice of life”, Nivalis officially launches in spring 2025

A cyberpunk life-sim? Nivalis looks that way, and 505 Games and ION LANDS neon-drenched game is coming up in ’25.

A day in the life

Nivalis, if you haven’t been paying attention, might be one of the best looking titles currently in the works. A semi-sequel to Cloudpunk, 505 Games and developer ION LANDS’ upcoming title looks to be incredibly deep and sprawling, offering players a cyberpunk-powered and style-soaked sandbox to live in.

Dubbed a “slice-of-life simulation and restaurant management game” (how’s that for a mashup?), Nivalis carries a gorgeous set of visuals that combine modern and retro-ish aesthetics. If you haven’t seen it in action, hit ‘play’ below.

Nivalis, a cyberpunk slice-of-life sim from ION LANDS, returns to the eponymous city from Cloudpunk. Make a mark in this starry, neon-lit future by expanding from a humble noodle stand or nightclub into a booming enterprise. Meet strange characters, discover a bustling underworld… or just enjoy a humble life of fishing and home decoration far above the clouds. A future of many possibilities awaits in Nivalis in Spring 2025 on Steam and Epic Games Store.

505 Games press release

As great as it’s looking, and as you can see above, Nivalis is unfortunately still quite a ways off. While we didn’t have a release date before, 505 Games has now revealed that the game will be hitting PC’s (via Steam and Epic) some time in the spring of 2025.

A year is a long time to wait, and with a title that’s already looking as good as it is, it’s gonna be a tough one.
