Fallout, Tomb Raider and more come to Prime Gaming, as Luna plays host to loads of Star Wars

A solid month all around for Prime Gaming sees GotY editions of Tomb Raider and Fallout 3, plus a few LEGO Star Wars games hit Luna.

May the 4th be with you

We actually kinda… sorta… forgot that the annual Star Wars day celebration was right around the corner. May 4th is of course only two days off now, and with it will come the usual assortment of Star Wars related news and happenings. This year too, Prime Gaming is getting in on the act with a LEGO Star Wars III as a freebie, along with two big streaming titles.

More on that in a second though, as we’ll cover the Prime Gaming stuff first. And yes, there’s Star Wars included, with the third LEGO outing for the series, first released in 2011. Other than adventures in Lucas’ galaxy though, there are two notable Game of the Year editions to grab, with Tomb Raider and Fallout 3.

Fallout is still red hot, with the success of the Amazon streaming series, and if you’ve yet to play one of the series’ most beloved entries, now’s your chance. As for Tomb Raider, Lara Croft is about to undergo yet another reboot, but thanks to Prime Gaming you can head back to replay her 2013 adventure.

As usual, there’s a lot more than that hitting the ‘free’ level this month on Prime Gaming, and you can scroll down to check out the full list.

Head’s up Luna-tics

Not to be outdone, and actually getting deeper into the spirit of the month, is Amazon’s Luna platform. The streaming service’s latest rotation of games brings in an almost heavy Star Wars list, that goes deep into the saga’s LEGO outings.

While LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars is on Prime Gaming, Luna has it too, meaning you can play the lighthearted adventure anywhere that supports the platform. Along with that too, comes LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, so you can play the biggest moments from classics.

If you’re looking for more than just Star Wars though, you might be interested in Fortnite, LEGO Fortnite, Rocket Racing, Fortnite Festival, and Trackmania. All of those are ready for play this month as well. Those come in addition to the still-available Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and Fallout: New Vegas, both of which will be on Luna for another five months.

And then there’s Gaming Week

If you’re more the kind of fan who wants to buy some games (and periphery) than stream, you’re also in for a good time this month, thanks to Amazon Gaming Week. The event still has a few days left (it runs through May 5th), and is serving up “deals, promotions and content dedicated to gamers of all levels”, according to the company.

Deals are up now, covering “games, gaming PC hardware and components, PC peripherals, and more”, from companies like “Samsung, Acer, Sony, Take-Two, and Ubisoft”. If you’d like to dig in, you can check it all out here.
