A “Chinese opera-inspired theater” might sound odd, but it’s all a part of the Halloween happenings in Ubisoft’s For Honor.
A tale in For parts
Chinese theater? Yes, but stay with us, because the new event that’s set to kick off in For Honor actually sounds pretty cool. In it, players will face off against a mystical force and its evil forces in a quartet of special events, each one radically different.
The hook is that it’s all a part of the aforementioned “Chinese opera-inspired theater”, though this isn’t your usual show. No, it’s one that pits warriors and a Chinese god (the Monkey King Wukong) against a massive demon called the White Bone Spirit.
How’s that for cool? It’s not only fitting for the season, but Theater of Bones is also a pretty big change for For Honor, which is always nice to see, especially for an older title. Officially a part of the games “Year 7 Season 3”, the show starts this week and will open up on October 26th.
Once available, the event will run through November 16th, so you will have a good long time to dive in and explore this spectral story. If you’d like more info while you wait, click here to check out the official For Honor site, and it’s rundown of the event.
