PS Plus’ freebies are pretty fantastic for March ’21

Did you already grab March’s free PS+ subscription games? If you didn’t, you really should take a look, because they include Final Fantasy 7 Remake.

As with anything like this, PS+ is hit or miss, depending on the month. Sometimes it’s not even worth tagging the games as owned, and then other months it’s absolutely kick-ass. This is most definitely one of those months.

Not only is there a bunch of other solid releases this March, but the much celebrated Finally Fantasy 7 Remake is there as well. Yes, you can head back to Midgar for free on the PS4. If you skipped it upon release last year, now’s your chance to re-start this epic for the price of your subscription.

As for the other stuff, PSVR title Farpoint is there too. That always looked interesting to me, since it’s a first-person title that seems to have somewhat traditional controls, just with the VR element. I wish we’d have seen more of that during the PSVR’s launch. Maybe it would have been a bigger hit.

Remanent: From the Ashes is free as well this month, and looks to be a somewhat Souls-Like affair. Looks pretty decent too. Also Maquette is free for PS5, though I am not familiar with that at all.
