Is Force Friday a holiday at this point? I guess it kind of is, especially if you’re a huge Star Wars fan. The now annual day is, of course, that magical day that new Star Wars stuff hits stores en masse, in anticipation of the latest movie arriving in theaters.
This year, it’s the next proper (numbered) installment in the saga, Episode VIII. It’s also the second film in the sequel trilogy, which I assume is why this year’s FF has been dubbed “Force Friday II”.
Some stores opened up early for the special day, so you could grab you Star Wars goodies before work/school. But if you couldn’t make it out, we’ve got you covered. Well, actually Entertainment Earth has you covered, with a full selection of cool stuff to order up.
Just brace yourself, because there’s a ton and a half of new stuff. Yes, there are plenty of new Hasbro action figures, but there’s also stuff like plush, keychains, vinyl figures, and even tie bars and cufflinks. Pretty much, if you can imagine it, it’s out there today.
