Perfect Dark and Crackdown characters in Killer Instinct?

Killer Instinct, the Xbox One and PC exclusive fighting game, is no stranger to guest appearances on its roster. For starters, characters such as Arbiter from Halo and even Rash from Battletoads have made it in. It somewhat celebrates iconic video game characters within its roster. However, if a new pole is to be believed, another guest character or more could be hitting the cast.

Who’s next?

The survey, which can be seen here allows those interested to voice their opinions of future characters. The survey includes not only previous characters but potential guest characters as well. On the Killer Instinct side, you have the options of Eyedol, Eagle, Djinn just to name a few. On the guest side, potential characters include Joanna Dark (Project Dark), Brute (Halo) and a Crackdown Agent (Crackdown).

Such guest characters would feel right at home in this fighting plane as previous Xbox characters have made it into the title. Each definitely have potential but I feel like there may be many votes for Joanna Dark and a Crackdown Agent to be included.

Previous to the new characters, another poll in the same survey, asks people’s opinions on re-imagined characters. Such characters include Cinder pre-transformation, Shadow Orchid and Sharkman (TJ) to name a few. This maybe in the same vein as Shadow Jago, making an alternative style to an already established character.

Recently, Killer Instinct has introduced General Raam from the Gears of War franchise into its ranks. Raam’s fighting style is extremely close quarters by using his dagger. He also can command Kryll in order to armour up or to fill the entire screen, obscuring vision.

The survey is open for a short time, with it closing on July 5th, 2016. So if you want to voice some ideas and have a weigh in the future of Killer Instinct, now’s the time.

About Adam

I've always enjoyed gaming from a young age, with my all time favourite game being Ape Escape. Nowadays, I enjoy any kind of game from action adventure to horror, though I am quite partial to the odd fighting game.
