Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6 are back and heading to current-generation consoles this year.
So right now, it seems like all there is out there is info on RE6, and that’s fitting since it’s set to be the first (well, actually the third if you want to get technical) Resident Evil reissue arriving here in 2016. The game seems to be making the transition to the PS4 and Xbox One relatively intact, with everything from the previous generation’s version still present and accounted for.
All previously released campaign and multiplayer DLC will be included in the box for the new editions, as will some ResidentEvil.net costume choices. Capcom also promises improved matchmaking for the online portion of the game and some more control options to make your zombie hunting a little easier.
Resident Evil 6 is set to arrive at retail (in boxed format) for both the PS4 and the Xbox One on March 29th. Asking price? A pretty sweet $19.99 USD.
As for parts 4 and 5, that’s a little more up in the air, but as you can see they’ll be available in the Summer and Fall respectively.
