Faith goes free-running through new Mirror’s Edge: Exordium comic

A prequel for a prequel, Mirror’s Edge: Exordium takes place before the new prequel video game that explore how hero Faith became a force against oppression.

Leading up to the events of the highly anticipated new Mirror’s Edge game comes an exhilarating comic prequel that delves into the story of Faith, one of the most celebrated heroines in video games! Dare to enter the fast-paced, high-stakes world of life on the mirror’s edge!

Dark Horse Comics does a pretty phenomenal job with these video game adaptations overall, and has made a history of making some terrific comics out of them. Tomb Raider and Halo are example of that, as both books are not only faithful to the original game universes, but also are plain old cool comics.

And with Mirror’s Edge, Dark Horse looks to add another winner to their stable. The book, as you can see from the little sneak peek that we’re hosting here, looks as much like the Mirror’s Edge universe as the new game does and should make fans happy.

We’ll get our first look at the complete first issue when Mirror’s Edge: Exordium #1 hits stands on September 9th from the team of Christofer Emgård, Mattias Häggström, Robert Sammelin, Henrik Sahlström, Erik Persson, and cover artist Robert Sammelin.

About Jason Micciche
