Activision’s Eric Hirshberg and Jamie Jackson introduce the first Guitar Hero title for modern consoles, and the first installment of the series in half a decade.
You might have seen our preview/hands-on article last week, but this is the entire press conference, all bundled up in one video to rule them all. Here you’ll see Eric Hirshberg, CEO of Activision, wax poetic about the bands that he played in in his youth, as well as see FreeStyleGames’ Jamie Jackson intro the new game’s features and guitar.
Oh, and then there’s Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy and Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance playing the game on stage too. And here’s a shocker- they were both pretty good at it. And yes, I really mean that that’s a shock as usually people who can actually play guitar are terrible at GH. Bucking the trend, these two are.
