Game of Thrones brings the world of Westeros to gamers today

Swordplay, beautiful graphics, and Peter Dinklage highlight the first extended look at the initial episode of the new six-part series from Telltale Games.

Set during the time between season 3 and the start of season 5 on HBO’s hit TV adaptation of the Game of Thrones books series, Telltale’s newest adventure title follows House Forester as they try and adapt in a rapidly changing Westeros. And as you see in the trailer, these new characters aren’t exactly alone.

There’s a full cast of actors from the super-popular show reprising their roles here as they return to voice their characters. Episode 1 obviously has Peter Dinklage as Tyrion Lannister, and Lena Hedley as his sister Circe, but there’ll be way more than that as the series goes on according to the developer. Iron From Ice, the first episode of Game of Thrones, is available this week for consoles, the PC, and iOS platforms.
