Sure team wins are great, but what’s beating a legion of monsters back to hell without some fortune and glory of the personal kind to cap it all off?
Sacred has always been a little tongue in cheek and Sacred 3 looks to continue that tradition with its focus on personal glory over just coming out victorious against your enemies. Of course, winning the day is the most important thing in the game, but doing so and coming out as the best of your group is right up there too.
Honestly, it sounds pretty great and like a little old fashioned competitive co-op, which hasn’t really been seen on consoles in a long, long time. It’s not all that far off now either as Sacred 3 arrives on the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on August 5th.
