Jane Jensen’s Moebius receives release date

As someone that enjoyed playing the Gabriel Knight series of games, you can only imagine how excited I was to hear of Jane Jensen’s latest project, Moebius: Empire Rising.

The game is the first to be released by Pinkerton Road Studio, which was founded by Jane Jensen and Robert Holmes, and will be published by Phoenix Online, who also developed Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller, Which Jensen worked on as a story consultant, and Silver Lining, an unofficial fan made entry in the King’s Quest series of games.

The story follows antiques dealer, Malachi Rector, who travels the world searching for artifacts, and must solve the mystery of the murder of a young woman, while solving challenging puzzles.

Moebius: Empire Rising is due for release on April 15 for PC and Mac, and at some point later in 2014 for Linux, IPad, and Android tablet devices.
