Sony UK has let us all know that the ‘launch’ last week was a little tease. Like so many soft-core pornographic television stations, we had to wait until after the watershed to see the pubes…errr I mean re-design. The PSN store has been aching for a re-design for many years now and the new design does look pretty slick. It should be going live further across the globe in the coming days.
Last week a few technical issues meant that the store was lagging badly and the problems escalated to the point Sony took it down in favour of the old store design. I think they needed a few more days to work out the server side kinks that the new design has brought to light.
