Straight from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Sideshow’s Cad Bane gets an unboxing

The Cad is back. Bounty hunter Cad Bane is about to get a collector figure from Sideshow, and we’ve got the new unboxing.

What a Cad

One of the breakout characters from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Cad Bane is a bounty hunter who plagued the animated prequel era. As modern fans know though, he didn’t stop his activities with the dawn of the Empire, or even after it failed for that matter, as Bane appeared most recently in The Mandalorian.

Now Sideshow is about to launch a new collector figure of the alien hired gun, and it’s molded after his original look. That’s not to say that this figure looks particularly ‘animated’ though. Bane seems to have a more realistic sculpt for this Sideshow-produced figure, with what looks like a well-detailed costume and even effect pieces for his boot-jets.

Here’s a look:

Inspired by the character’s animated appearance in Star Wars: The Clone Wars™, the Cad Bane™ 1/6 Scale Figure by Sideshow brilliantly captures the cruel and calculating bounty hunter’s distinctive design. The figure features a carefully crafted portrait with attached breathing tubes and a removable wide-brimmed hat. The meticulously tailored fabric and faux leather costume includes a jacket, an undershirt, holsters, pants, and boot covers. Cad Bane also comes with his trusty techno-service droid, Todo 360. Accessories include dual blasters, two flames for his boot thrusters, and a hexagon base with a flying stand support for aerial poses.

He’ll take on any job … for the right price! The Cad Bane™ 1/6 Scale Figure by Sideshow is available to pre-order now.

Sideshow press release

Priced in at $250 USD, Cad Bane is set to ship some time between now and December of this year. Even so, pre-orders are still open, and you can grab one for yourself via the above Sideshow links.
