Take a walk-through of the upcoming Dungeons 4, with the team from Realmforge

Evil is afoot once again and taking to the deep, dark places of Dungeons 4’s world. But can it keep up with the greedy Dwarves?

All your base (are we still saying that?)

Yes, Dungeons 4 is the latest installment in the long-running dungeon-management/evil-simulator series. But while there’s a lot of content in this new title that will be familiar to fans, there’s also plenty of new stuff. Take the Dwarves, for example.

True, there were Dwarves in Dungeons III, but this time around they look to be just a little more… serious? Now that’s not to say they’re going to unleash hell upon would-be underground warlords, but they will eat up terrain, raid treasuries, and generally cause mayhem if you let ’em.

They’re just one of the new elements in play for Dungeons 4, a game that sounds leaps and bounds past what’s come before. But don’t take it from us, just hit ‘play’ below and get the word straight from the development team at Realmforge Studios.

The Broadcasting Evil has decided to allow its devilish devotees at Realmforge Studios to profess their love for Dungeons 4 in a special, behind-the-scenes, video. The video, titled “The Evolution of Dungeons,” follows Creative Director Christian Wolfertstetter, Art Director Anika Linke, Level Designer Marcel Hähnlein, Project Manager Maita Sedlaczek, and Lead Programmer Immanuel Scholz, as they discuss their favorite ways in which they have expanded the Dungeons series in Dungeons 4, even dropping some new character information, and gameplay features, exclusive to this video.
