Karai, Usagi, and plenty of action, here’s a 13+ minute look at TMNT’s Dimension Shellshock

The Dimension Shellshock DLC pack is on the way for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge and it’s packing a ton of action and new heroes.

A bigger shock

Did you think the Dimension Shellshock DLC for TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge was solely about the new reality-hopping survival mode? Well you’re kinda right because it mainly is, but it’s also worth mentioning that new heroes Usagi Yojimbo and Karai will be playable in the game’s campaign as well. Kind of. cool little bonus there, to get fans back into the title’s arcade action.

Again though, it’s the title mode, Dimension Shellshock that’s the meat and potatoes here. And as DLC goes, it’s pretty darn chunky. The new content presents players with a survival mode of sorts, sending them across the Turtles’ multiverse in a quest that spans various TMNT eras and universes.

Today Dotemu released a much longer look at both of the above modes, complete with the new characters, totaling up to over 13 minutes of footage. If you’re already amped, this it going to key ups up even more.

Ready to draw down on some Foot, and rock and roll through Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge all over again? How about plunging into that playable history lesson, through the Ninja Turtles’ many different incarnations? If you are, you’re almost there.

Dimension Shellshock drops, to add onto your base copy of the game, on August 31st, 2023. Look for it on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, Switch, and PC.
