Time to get back to the front, Call of Duty’s Warzone 2.0 is live

Call of Duty’s massive, free-to-play Battle Royale is officially back and ready for action. Players on all platforms are good to go for Warzone 2.0.

War is hell

It’s finally a day that a good chunk of the Call of Duty faithful have likely been waiting on. And as you can tell from the headline, that’d be the arrival of Warzone 2.0.

As usual, the multiplayer experience is a free one for whatever platform you pick. And also as usual, it looks insane.

Who hasn’t dreamed of driving a car into a helicopter? Aside from that though, there’s a heck of a lot of ‘new’ in this new iteration of the popular mode. And that includes how you’ll engage in combat across the game’s new map.

Activision says that a good chunk of community feedback has been not only listened to, but factored into Warzone’s successor. That includes “retooled vehicle mechanics, aquatic combat, and more”. The publisher promises that all of the above will mean that players will have to change things up a bit, as to how they tackle challenges in the game’s Al Mazra battlefield.
