Surviving in the wilds of Earth is tough enough, but Stranded: Alien Dawn goes one step further and sends players to the frontier of a far off planet.
Enemy mine
Combining modular base construction with deep resource management, research, crafting, and more, players begin Stranded: Alien Dawn with nothing but the essentials, discovering beautiful yet deadly new environments in order to evolve their own unique, thriving base. Grapple withmysterious illnesses, extreme weather, and alien wildlife attacks, with the needs of survivors at the heart of every choice.
Frontier Foundry press release
While that’s obviously a cinematic in the player above, Stranded: Alien Dawn sounds like it should have quite a bit to offer both sci-fi and survival-sim fans. Players will be able to build out both fortified compounds or a “sprawling haven”, craft weaponry, research new technologies, hunt, and even keep everybody entertained. Sounds like there’s gonna be quite a bit to this one.
Stranded: Alien Dawn is coming up fast, and is schedule to hit the PC this October.
