Devolver Digital set to debut MaxPass+

Monetization as a service? That’s the mysterious premise behind Devolver Digital’s new scheme, set to be revealed in just days on Twitch.

The reboot is coming

Can you feel the foreshocks? Yes, there’s a quake coming, a monster quake that will derail and reformat the entire… system. Or something like that. It’s kind of a mystery, so bear with me here.

Devolver Digital is debuting something new, called MaxPass+. That sounds like some type of Game Pass, though exactly what it will entail is a question for right now. Whatever it is the publisher is saying that it will reboot the system.

But MaxPass+ isn’t all that will be revealed, as Devolver also has a bunch of new game announces. A total of five titles will be announced, from developers including Flying Wild Hog, Galvanic Games, and Doinksoft. And that’s in addition to release date reveals for Phantom Abyss and Death’s Door. So it’s going to be a big show for the Devolver faithful.

The event will take place via Twitch, at 1:30 pacific time on June 12th.
