Here’s that Force Awakens trailer, just in case you missed it

Although it’s doubtful that you missed out on the latest trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, it’s worth a second viewing at the very least.

Just like everyone else that grew up a Star Wars fan, we’ve been watching the drips and drabs of Star Wars: The Force Awakens footage with quite a bit of interest. The latest, which first ran during Monday Night Football this past week, is probably the best look yet at not only the various elements and characters that make up the new trilogy, but also the story.

There isn’t all that much, so most is still in the dark, but we now see that not everyone knows that what happened in Return of the Jedi was a real thing. I guess that’s to be expected honestly, as most of the Empire would still be there. It wouldn’t have just evaporated all together, even with the deaths of its leaders.

It’s also interesting that Kylo Ren (the bad guy) is out to ‘finish’ what Darth Vader started- whatever that means. And still no Luke Skywalker either, even though we’ve already seen him in full Jedi garb thanks to that leaked image on Twitter a few months back. So I guess everyone is still free to speculate.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in theaters this December.
