SDCC 2014: Battlefield Hardline panel to host Steve Papoutsis

A panel presentation is on tap for the upcoming mega-show that’ll shed a little more light on Hardline and what single-player gamers can expect from it.

Battlefield Hardline: A Visceral World of Crime and Revenge will expand upon what was shown of the game at E3 last month, that being multiplayer gameplay. With this panel, the team at Visceral and Visceral GM and Hardline Executive Producer Steve Papoutsis will be talking single player Hardline gaming and more about the tale behind the game’s characters and plot. We’ve basically seen nothing about that so far as too Hardline, so it should be interesting, and if you’re looking forward to the game’s release this Fall, it’s kind of a necessary attend.

Visceral is calling the campaign for the game “TV crime drama-inspired”, which would certainly differentiate it from everything else out there- especially in FPS circles. The panel will be held on Friday, July 25 from 2:30 to 3:30pm pacific time in room 5AB at the convention center. If you just can’t wait for that or won’t be making the trip to San Diego this year, Papousis actually did answer a few of the most asked questions about the nest Battlefield last week on the Battlefield Blog and via Twitter. So hit those links for some answers!
